Delivery and returns policy

SMARTSECUR. it is understood that by purchasing any of our products and services the customer accepts the terms, conditions and delivery policies specified below:

1. CONFIDENTIALITY: SMARTSECUR. guarantees the security of our clients' information, which travels in encrypted form to our administrative software site and is handled in such a way that it cannot be deciphered by agents external to us.

2. AVAILABILITY AND PRICES:

  •  The products are validated in inventory and delivered according to availability, always looking for availability for the customer.
  • The items subject to shipping delays in goods ordered in the import mode, will be subject to the availability of the supplier, are handled exclusively on request. Additionally, the price will depend on the TRM or the date of the order.
  • The reservation of goods is strictly subject to a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total value of the order. The invoice for the order will be issued upon full payment of the goods.

3. DELIVERY TIMES:

  •  Dispatching hours at the different headquarters of origin will be from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 noon p.m. and 2:00 pm - 6:00 p.m.
  • The order must be placed one working day in advance - the delivery time is 2 working days - It must be clear that the company contacts and coordinates with the logistic operator looking for efficiency and maximum guarantee in the transfer.
  • The delivery time is counted from the confirmation of payment and the status of each customer's portfolio. For purchases made on Saturdays (Sundays and holidays are not working days for the company), the delivery time will be counted from the next working day of the purchase confirmation. In extraordinary cases an additional day will be added to the delivery validating the availability and the probability of delivery in term of the agreed.
  • The customer must arrange the delivery schedule of the order within this time range established by the company, and the customer must also request the specific schedule with the commercial advisor by telephone for the delivery of the goods.
  • SMARTSECUR. will not accept special scheduling commitments from the customer outside of normal business hours.

4. PAYMENT:

  • Payment lines will be available on the website and will only be authorised by authorised personnel of the company.

5. ORDER POLICIES:

  • In accordance with the provisions of the Law on the processing of personal data, the customer must provide full details of the destination address, SMARTSECUR maintains compliance with its data processing policy. The company reserves the right to deliver information to the customer in the event that it has incurred in delivery of partial or misleading information of his identity.

6. DELIVERIES:

  • If the customer so wishes and states in his order, the article may be delivered to the place specified by the customer, without him personally receiving it and under his responsibility. The delivery will always be validated by the signature of the person who receives the item.
  • The customer is responsible in the first instance if he does not remain at the place of delivery, if the addresses provided do not match or if the information is not checked in a timely manner. The company shall, in the particular case, reschedule the delivery to the next business day.

7. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

  • SMARTSECUR. has a period for returns of 15 calendar days from the date on which the carrier delivers the order at the address indicated.   • For the return of the article must be returned in optimal conditions in which it was delivered - Damage caused by mishandling of the product will be at the expense of the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for the return freight of the item.
  • Product warranties will be dealt with in accordance with the company's WARRANTY POLICY.
  • For changes of the goods, they must be notified directly to the contact email of the commercial advisor.

8. CANCELLATIONS:

  • The customer bears the delivery freight and shipping charges for cancellation of delivery of items plus logistical operation charges. Refunds are subject to the provisions of the technical team.

9. NOT PROVIDED FOR:

  • Any situation not foreseen in these policies will be resolved by the Commercial and Logistics area.
  • In the event of unforeseen situations that the company identifies that affect the integrity of the service, the customer will be notified in a timely manner and through the contact details provided by the customer.

10. This policy shall be adjusted and adapted annually in line with the economic and trade policy changes in the law and any changes to it.
